OUR MEANING
Is simple, an unrestricted voice of reason in a world filled with conjecture and compromise. We hope to offer a alternative to what we have come to expect from Corporate America when it comes to the diversity and richness of culture that can be found inside of any urban areas “City Limits”. We plan to address what is the good, the bad, and the ugly about Urban Lifestyles, and how they got that way. It is often sub-urbanites that make critical decisions on “Urban Matters” until that changes I plan to use this forum to educate and create a meaningful dialog with those “decision makers” for the purpose of “lasting change”.
Traditional media has not met the needs of the urban communities to see more than, shootings and traffic reports in the areas that we call home. At Urban Images we don’t believe that today’s media outlets are equipped for or simply don’t have the desire to report parts of our day-to-day lives that are not “news worthy”. These non-reported stories are who we are and need to be told. Not all a pretty, and not all are ugly, but they do represent an untold story of the everyday people in America and beyond.
